When I try to add another page to my blog’s sidebar using the ”page’ widget, I get both the about me page and new contact page under each widget(about me AND contact), so it looks like I’m doubling the info. What am I doing wrong?
You are not doing anything wrong, you are getting the results of that particular widget. Search for a plugin called ”Featured Page Widget” (or something to that affect). This will allow you to have whatever pages you want on the side, featured page image, and text.
I run into problems where there is a small square icon next to my picture and I don’t know how to remove it. I have also noticed that I do not have an area where I can leave a synopsis, or restore past revisions of a post. How do I get these options to appear?
